30 great tracks of wedding music for coming down the aisle (and going back up!)

This is a list of 30 pieces of music that were played at Liverpool Celebrant wedding ceremonies in 2018.

The Beatles were featured quite a few times and Stevie Wonder's 'Signed, sealed, delivered' remains a favourite for the grand exit.

We also had the theme from Jurassic Park (there were lots of references to dinosaurs at that wedding, at the 'Bombed Out Church')

It was great to hear Love Shack, by The B-52's (at Hallmark Hotel, Sefton Park) - this song is a huge favourite from my past.

Pachelbel's Canon in D was played a few times, including live renditions on a harp and by a steel drum orchestra.

In addition to the versions in this compilation, we had amazing acapella singers, harpists, guitarists, pianists, saxophonists and the steel drum orchestra (you may see one of the drummers in this picture from The Palm House).

What every piece of music had in common was that they had been selected by each couple.

Sometimes, the reason that a piece of music was chosen was included in the ceremony itself, because it formed an intrinsic part of that couple's love story.

Sometimes, it was just a great piece of music that they liked.

I can honestly say that I enjoyed every single one...

Here's the list (in order of title):
