A few kind words from people
about their Liverpool Celebrant Ceremony...

...Not only does Lorraine hear you but she understands: meaning she is able to translate your words into a wonderful reality...

Lorraine is extremely generous with her knowledge and was always there to offer advice and provide creative ideas...

why i may be the celebrant for you...

You'll find me reliable, resourceful, creative and VERY well organised
(it's a great benefit of my slight OCD tendencies!)

I'm friendly and approachable, and a good listener and communicator.

I really love to help make happy moments and memories.  You may well notice that there is a lot of laughter in the photos of my

Naming

Wedding, Civil Partnership

and Vow renewal ceremonies

(and laughter is often mentioned in the reviews

that couples and families have written)

Nothing is ever compulsory in any of the ceremonies that I conduct

(not even laughter!)

Having said that, I do seem to attract a lot of amazing, happy, people who want their personality, love and happiness to be reflected within their ceremony

(which I LOVE to help make happen, obviously!)

Would you like me to be part of your celebration?

When we picked Lorraine as our celebrant it was one of the BEST decisions we made in our entire wedding...

The tailor made vows she created suited us perfectly, we had so many comments about how amazing she was: how funny, calming and personable...

We loved every second!

We have had so many compliments about how personal and beautiful the ceremony was, which was amazing especially coming from people who have never been to a humanist ceremony before...

...Lorraine was a massive help throughout the build up to our day and had all the time in the world for us – whether it was in person or virtually.

As for the day itself, we honestly can’t express how happy we are with Lorraine’s services… she had everyone laughing, crying and made the whole service so personal and meaningful...

Ceremony

Lorraine conducted a naming ceremony for our son...

She is absolutely fantastic!

She gave us lots of ideas for readings and included some lovely touches in the ceremony like the 'blending of the sands'...

The end result was a ceremony that was completely bespoke and so personal...

...my Dad's first boss (from the Guardian North) came up to me to say he was astonished when you said at the end of the memorial service that you hadn't met Dad!

He thought you must have been a good family friend because of how well you spoke about him...

Lorraine was the best celebrant we could have ever asked for!

I am Mexican-American and my husband is English so we wanted to honour both of our cultures and traditions...

Her attention to detail and kindness really was what made our ceremony so special because she tied everything in so perfectly...
